My mission is to improve birthing outcomes for mothers, babies and fathers in my local community of Byron Bay, Northern NSW.
This will enhance bonding between families, decrease the incidence of post partum depression, increase a mother’s self love and improve the gut health of newborns.
My purpose is sustainability, environmental and social responsibility, empowerment and LOVE. All women should have a birthing experience that allows for support, nourishment and peace.
All mothers should be treated as goddesses.

Post natal period of daily visits for one or two weeks, 1-2hrs of cleaning and snack preparation (smoothies and nourishing food), assistance in life planning, gentle yoga and new family rituals
